Spring, where did you go?!
Hello Barranca Mesa Bobcat Families,
-
NM-MSSA Testing This Week: Third and sixth grade students will be taking part in the NM-MSSA assessments, which provide an excellent opportunity for them to showcase the hard work and growth they've achieved throughout the year. We’re incredibly proud of all they’ve accomplished and have full confidence that they will do their very best.
Tips for Supporting Your Child:
To ensure students feel prepared and confident, we encourage you to help them get plenty of rest and start the day with a healthy breakfast. Additionally, students are welcome to bring a snack and a water bottle each day to stay refreshed and focused during the assessments. - Barranca Field Day is upon us! It will take place in the upper playground on Friday, April 25th. There will be lots of fun events and Mr. Krispy and mystery guests will get slimed at 1:30 pm. Don’t miss it! Please see the field day schedule and more information below. Parents and Guardians, if you are interested in volunteering for any of the events, please sign up below for a time slot! https://www.signupgenius.com/go/10C084EADAA2CAAF5C34-56168971-field

Teacher Appreciation Week is fast approaching! The PTO is hosting this special teacher event and has a SignUp Genius for families that would like to volunteer. They are also asking for gift card donations from families for teachers. Gift cards can be to any place- local restaurants, Target, Amazon, Starbucks, etc. for $10 dollars each. Gift cards can be dropped off to the front office and members of the PTO will distribute them. Let's show our love to our BMES teachers and staff! : )

Parents, there is no student early pick up after 2:20 pm daily. The office is extremely busy at this time preparing for dismissal and the release of our student body. Please plan accordingly if you need to pick up your student(s) early. Thank you for your cooperation in our dismissal procedures.
Please read the weekly Bobcat Bulletin here: https://
Enjoy the rest of the weekend with your family and friends!
