🍁 Weekly Notes & Reminders 🍁

• It was wonderful seeing so many of our families at Open House last week! We loved having the opportunity to welcome you into our school, meet with families, and share all the exciting learning happening in our classrooms. Thank you for being such an important part of our school community!

• We’d love to see you at our BMES PTO Meeting this Wednesday, September 2nd from 5:00–6:30 p.m. in the BMES Cafeteria. Come connect with other families, learn what’s happening at BMES, and find ways to get involved!

• This Friday at Barranca Mesa: PTO Popcorn and Pickle Friday- Students in Pre-K–6th grade can enjoy popcorn and a pickle during all lunch periods! Each item is sold for a dollar. College & Career Day- Students and staff, wear your favorite college or military shirt representing a college, career, or military branch you love. Early Dismissal- Please remember that Friday is an early release day. Students will be dismissed at 1:40 p.m.

• Bobcat Clubs and Activities are starting soon! We’re excited to get our clubs and activities underway! Any clubs that have not started yet will begin the week after Labor Day.

  Check out our Clubs and Activities list to see what’s available throughout the year. If you have questions about a specific club, please reach out to the club sponsor listed. We hope your student finds something fun to join!

• Labor Day Reminder: Enjoy the long weekend, Bobcat families! There will be no school on Monday in observance of Labor Day. We hope everyone has a safe, relaxing weekend filled with time to rest, recharge, and enjoy time with family and friends. We’ll see our students back at school on Tuesday, ready for another great week of learning!
