Dear Barranca Mesa Bobcat Families,

We hope you had a relaxing Labor Day weekend with family and friends. We know how busy the first weeks of school are for everyone. Hopefully, you enjoyed doing something fun outdoors this weekend.

Our school-wide character traits for September are Hard Work and Enthusiasm. Students will learn what these traits mean and look like at school. They can start earning Bobcat Success Tickets at school this week. The drawings for Success Tickets will be every Friday. The first drawing will start this week. We will announce winners at the start of the school day. Students can choose their prize during morning recess or lunch time.

This Friday, 9/6 is PTO Popcorn Friday during lunch time. Please send your student's money to school with them at the start of the school day. The office can no longer accept or hold on to cash. Also, this Friday is College and Military Day. Students may wear their favorite college, military, school, team, or club gear.
