Kick-off Assembly on Tuesday, February 11th
We are participating in the American Heart Association Kids Heart Challenge. They have representatives coming to explain the challenge and to get the kids excited for learning about heart health during a kick-off assembly on Tuesday, February 11th. The Heart Challenge begins on February 11th and ends on February 28th.
Mr. Kris P will be leading the charge in PE classes and there are all kinds of fun activities and prizes to earn. More information will come home soon!

Weekly Notes and Reminders
Hello Barranca Mesa Bobcat Families,
- The American Heart Association Kids Challenge Kick-off Assembly is this Tuesday in the gym for all grade levels. Students will bring home a letter on Monday explaining the challenge and how they can earn prizes.
- Students are excited to celebrate Valentine's Day on Friday in their classrooms. Please remember if your student chooses to send in Valentine's Day cards they need to be addressed for all of their classmates.

Please come cheer on our Barranca Wildcat Basketball Team! Every elementary school has a basketball team and they're all competing against each other in a YMCA basketball league. They play games on Friday nights from 6-9pm at the middle school. Go Bobcats!

There is no school on Monday, February 17th in observance of Presidents Day.

We are currently hiring for two educational assistant positions and a front desk clerk. One full time special education EA and one part time general education EA.
